Jimmy Donaldson, born May 7, 1998, best known by his name, MrBeast. MrBeast is an American YouTube star, entrepreneur and charitable philanthropist. [6] He has been acknowledged as the pioneer of a new genre of YouTube videos that centers on costly stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson started uploading videos to YouTube in early 2012 at 13 years old under the username "MrBeast6000" and his initial content included everything from "Let's Plays to "videos which estimated the riches of other YouTubers." Following the 2017 "Counting to 100,000" video was viewed by tens and thousands of views in a matter of days, he became a YouTube sensation. His early content included Let's Plays as well as videos that estimated the amount of money other YouTubers have. Donaldson has hired a lot of his childhood pals as assistants to manage his expanding channel. By 2022 the MrBeast team consisted of 60 people.Donaldson's primary YouTube channel, which surpassed 100 million subscribers on the 28th of July in 2022, is referred to as "MrBeast".
