Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1, 1989) is an American actress. She played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her role on Season 10 of Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Kenney was an New York City native born in the month of September, 1999. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who is now a writer on behalf of Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is an attorney for criminals. Emma Kenney's home town is identical to that of her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum. The actress was born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19 is the sassy character Debbie in the cult Showtime TV series Shameless. Though she was raised in Manhattan, the actress spent the majority of her early years in Garden State. Kenney was also famous for her role as Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
